		<description>I honestly don't know what to say after reading the above listing. On one hand it looks really impressive. but on the other hand, man does it scream overtraining in a big way. Everyone is different but man if I even attempted half of what you are doing I'd end up injured or burnt out. 

Guess all I can say is Break a Leg!! ;-)</description>

		<description>I think the "to succeed you must PLAN to succeed" is key. some folks still go into the "if I accomplish" instead of "when I accomplish..."

If you don't believe you can do it, your thoughts can play those nasty mind tricks on you. Next thing you know you'll end up quitting, or coming up with excuses to validate your thoughts that contributed to your lack of action/results.
