		<description>I think the "to succeed you must PLAN to succeed" is key. some folks still go into the "if I accomplish" instead of "when I accomplish..."

If you don't believe you can do it, your thoughts can play those nasty mind tricks on you. Next thing you know you'll end up quitting, or coming up with excuses to validate your thoughts that contributed to your lack of action/results.

For example, this week I want to replace one Mountain Dew each day with one glass of water. Make it fun and rewarding. Instead of putting change in the soft drink machine, put it in a piggy bank. At the end of the week or month, use the money saved to buy yourself something.</description>

		<description>You are right on! I've dropped 40 pounds in the last year but it took 9 months to lose the first 10! I feel you need to get motivated. Your #1 is it. What is it that you REALLY want? Be definitive, write it down and then do it.
